State Forest Duties – Maintain State Forest Roads. Operate heavy equipment, perform general equipment maintenance, front line forest fire suppression. Perform all required maintenance duties within our State Forests.

• Responsible for developing, coordinating and facilitating with internal and external resources to complete projects involving Zayo telecommunications network within third party vendors colocation facilities in a timely manner.
• Work closely with engineering and operations resources to ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate with Management and customers as well as our Sales team on a weekly basis to drive project success and customer satisfaction
• Product knowledge includes SONET, Ethernet, Wave, Dark Fiber, and IP Services

• Drive all phases of project creation and execution as well as budget management, metrics management and reporting
• Coordinate and communicate with all key stakeholders and be the primary contact for the customer
• Ensure all team members are held accountable for date driven metrics
• Responsible for overall successful delivery of each project assigned to me
• Product focus on Dedicated Internet, Ethernet, Dark Fiber and Voice Services

• Single Point of contact providing highly skilled customer care support for multiple enterprise customer accounts
• Plan, direct and coordinate installation activities
• Communicate order status/updates to customers
• Main point of contact for customer escalations
• Work closely with several internal groups to resolve issues with orders and meet project timelines
• Coordinate the research and resolution of customer troubles and issues with order entry, order validation, project implementation, scheduling, service activation, test and turn up, and disconnects
• Assume responsibility for overall project success and customer satisfaction from order entry to installation
• Product focus on Ethernet, Dedicated Internet and Dark Fiber services.

• Billing Inquiries SDA II taking calls from customers with billing disputes and other billing related questions
• Complete billing only change orders and disconnects using various level3 systems.

• Work extensively in both billing systems on a daily basis
• Research telephone numbers in the switch on a daily basis
• (Connect Vu)
• Take customer calls and interact with the city and other internal groups daily
• Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner
• Perform order entry tasks
• Proficient in many computer systems which I use on a daily basis
• Be very adaptable to the ever-changing goals and direction of the business environment.
