• I establish performance expectations for crew members and hold them accountable for meeting those expectations.
• Enforce employees to follow Safety Rules, Code of Conduct, and established safe work practices and procedures.
• Communicate and coordinate with other work groups such as; DSA’s, DOT’s, FCC’s, P&C Tech’s and WDOC to ensure time, equipment and personnel are used appropriately to minimize outage time.
• Schedules, constructs and completes jobs in accordance with Oncor construction standards within acceptable budgets and time frames.
• Review and approve employees time, vacation time and trainings. Also involve in the hiring process of new employees.
• Responsible to establish work load priorities and complete necessary documentation such as; As-builts, ACIS, Field HQ, Maximo and Reclosing Requests.
• Extensive experience during Emergency Restoration efforts, ON and OFF Oncor System.
• Managed and delegate multiple tasks with different work groups on a regular basis.

• Responsible for the Feeder Performance on the Distribution Lines.
• Schedule and completes work assignments such as; Arching Demo, Commissioning of IT3, NOVA Reclosers and Vista Gears.

· Ensure proper operation of the distribution equipment such as Capacitors Banks, Regulators, Reclosers, IT3 Switches,

Switchgears and other distribution line devices.

• Vast knowledge preparing, submitting and executing switching orders for the DOC in the Distribution System.
• Perform Tan Delta AC test to measure leak current in UG cable.
• Coordinate with FCC’s, Contract Crews, Oncor Crews, SOSF, DSA’s and WDOC for UG cable repairs, cable replacement, Pull Box replacements and any other distribution equipment.
• Performed regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
