Orr Bar-Dvir

I am a person that has a lot of patience for children, I am also very skilled with taking care of children and babysitting them as I have a baby brother and had worked as a Preschool teacher assistant and gained a lot of experience. I also love swimming and was swimming in a swim team for 5 years.

I have patience for children who are learning new skill like swimming, i can make them feel safe with me and in the water.

In my freshman year, I met my history teacher, Tom, that transferred the love to history into me . He told so many stories about the past that I fell in love with. I then started reading the news and watching more to understand it. I grew so curious about the world and the stories it held; I never got bored and always found learning about them to be extremely interesting.

Also, my art teacher, Boddo, who taught jewelry making and forging was always super fun and interesting, and I loved creating new things. When I create something it becomes much more important and special. I simply love the art process: the cutting, soldering, hammering, grinding, sharpening, and shining of my art piece. 

Both of those teachers introduced me to things I like the most, and I hope to inspire children as well in my future.
