I am responsible for the tracking and delivery of the US Mail utilizing software programs which transfer reports to the US Postal Service. The company is scored by the % of delivery "time stamps" through a GPS system. I have been successful in

increasing our score from 62% to 91% which places our company in the top 1.5% in the country in our service to the Postal Service.

I am responsible for the Safety Program at Salanger Trucking, which includes;

Managing driver behaviors on a daily basis.

Coaching drivers to improve safe driving habits.

Maintain and build a "Safety Training Program" for 100 drivers.

Our driver safety scores have improved form 37 to 92 on a scale of 0 to 100, since my employment began.

Monitor Drug Test Program to comply with Federal Regulations, ensuring Salanger Trucking employs drug-free drivers.

I am responsible for tracking and documenting the payments made to Salanger Trucking by the US Postal Service, including;

Track bank deposits and match with US Post Office Statements.

Monthly reports which verify the monies paid are correct and match the agreed upon contract rates.

I am responsible for maintaining and up-dating required Federal reports to include;

Federal identification numbers for all vehicles.

Federal registration for operating vehicles in the US.

Monitor and up-date Federal Safety information for driver and truck inspections, per Federal Motor Carrier Safety Association.
