To elevate a golf facility by offering professional challenges utilizing interpersonal skills, excellent time management and problem-solving skills. Growing the game in the community and the business for the stakeholders by finding new opportunities as well as improving existing operations.
Advising over cart staff operations as well as many golf operations. The duties included managing food and beverage inventory, Event coordinating for 50+ events, customer service, managing pace of play, training new employees, cart fleet maintenance and servicing, some club repair, assistant in pro shop inventory management, marketing, and tournament operations.
The job entailed availability on weekends as well as flexible work hours.
Primary duties included cleaning carts, marshalling play, tournament beverage managing, assisting pro shop staff in league/tournament duties, prepping and working concessions, and cleaning/sorting balls for the driving range.
