while employed with hge i learned to build a liftra crane and install stiffener plates on ge platforms

• During my time at wanzek I completed multiple projects, as a foreman I have trained and lead crews to complete projects safely, efficiently, and with good quality My responsibilities have been
• Maintaining employees time
• making sure to be efficient with man hours provided to do tasks
• Keeping up to date with project schedule
• Updating the plan of day
• Keep up to date and update 3 day and 3 week look ahead plan
• Train/lead crews to produce quality work safely and efficiently
• Troubleshoot electrical issues to help all crews
• have worked on Nordex, GE, and Vestas towers some new construction and a Repower
• While with Wanzek i have also been a general foreman on 2 solar sites on the Commisioning side where i learned how to test, troubleshoot, and be more hands on with live circuits

• (Tasks carried over from last job remained on the same site) For this job I was in charge of 5 different crews making sure that they were supplied with all tooling and knowledge necessary to complete their tasks safely with high quality and in a timely manner my other tasks were -
• have a plan ready for each crew everyday knowing the whereabouts of all other crews so the site could continue to move efficiently. -
• document all work completed, tools used, personnel used, man hours, and progress competed By each crew at the end of every day - second site I was brought out to oversee the installation of the FAA lights on 15 Vestas v110's and 56 Nordex towers. I was given the responsibilities of
• logging and keeping track of all junction box and FAA light serial numbers, hardware needed, proper training of installation to employees for live towers as well as dead towers, and a plan to have all lights installed by a certain deadline. -
• also was part of some walk downs making sure quality was present and correcting any minor issues found during the walk. -
• jumping in with crews to assist wherever help was needed to continue moving forward with the project. -
• troubleshooting electrical problems throughout the tower.

• Started off as a hand doing simple cable routing and terminating on the first project Second project I was promoted to tower lead and was in charge of one of the cable install crews my tasks included
• Training new employees on how to properly do the job in a safe and time efficient manner with the best quality
• making sure all crew members had appropriate ppe, tooling, and hardware needed to do the job
• Keeping track of inventory to assure the completion of our task on the site.
• At the third project I was in charge of 2 of the cable install crews and one of the demo crews which consisted of removing old bus bars and installing waterfall bracket for mv cable since it was a reporter project of clipper towers to v80 towers
