• Have the required skills to Guide a group on a raft, kayak, bike, rock face, and trail.
• Be able to be personable
• Prepare trip equipment, and sometimes food and water.
• Deliver effective safety debriefings to guests.

• Follow instructions of the Foreman
• Keep the jobsite clean and the tools managed
• Framing, Siding, Hang Drywall, ect.
• Occasionally bed and feed my Boss's cattle

• keep the main shop clean
• Fill sandbags
• Pressure wash equipment

• Milk cows
• managing milking equipment
• keep cows udders clean with Iodine
• transport milk buckets to feeds calfs
• hand bottle calfs
• clean milking stations

• walk cornfields in teams to remove tassels from female corn stalks and remove unhealthy stalks
