I currently work with the Lansing School District as a Transportation Assistance Specialist, where I oversee school transportation requests and ensure smooth communication between schools, parents, and our transportation partner, Dean Transportation. My role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple requests efficiently.

I am responsible for managing transportation applications, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure students receive reliable and timely transportation services. Additionally, I am proficient in using Excel to organize and manage student transportation routes, ensuring that each request is accurately documented and paired with the appropriate route details. By leveraging Excel, I maintain detailed records, attached request forms, and optimize transportation logistics to enhance efficiency.
