• I have collaborated with personnel at every stage of the company’s infrastructure from receptionists, medical assistants, radiologists, respiratory therapists, psychiatrists, registered nurses, mid-levels, administration, physicians, stakeholders, and CMO. I am knowledgeable about their capabilities and when they’re required. As a project manager, I am responsible for bringing them together to successfully implement each project.

• I was a medical scribe to multiple physicians as well as locums. I took great pride in being well versed in the patient's history, especially those of a critical situation. I ensured the physician received factual and pertinent information such as preexisting conditions, recent surgeries, implants, hardware, and contraindicative medications. I learned to identify a wide range of blood thinners to further alert the physician when the patient was at a higher risk of bleeding and or death.

• I was credentialed as a Spanish interpreter through the Trinity Regional Medical Center. I volunteered in multiple clinical settings, including the Emergency Department. I used my interpreting skills with medical providers and registered nurses to relay important, necessary, and immediate information. Most of the interpretations were related, but not limited to medical history, plan of treatment, medical results, and follow-up recommendations.
• I also worked with law enforcement officials to initiate criminal charges against perpetrators while working at the hospital.

• I provided care to 8-14 patients per shift, which varied in intensity and attention. I learned firsthand how to give exceptional bedside care to those suffering from either a physical and or cognitive ailment(s). I worked with dementia, schizophrenia, bipolar, paralyzed, blind, and terminal patients. Also, I cared for drug addicts and rehabilitating stroke victims.
