- Estimated jobs for the company, would email or call client meet them and go over the scope of work. Once I looked at each job I would figure up cost of material & labor needed to do the project. An estimate would be submitted per company policy and emailed to customer from our customer service dept. I would purchase material needed and have it ready for the men/women executing the work. I would be on site incase any unforeseen issues came about and would do a change order with customer if needed. Once job was completed & customer was satisfied. I would request a sign off agreement for customer to sign.
