Lead analyst on special projects and new projects that will impact the Mainframe Operations; establish and maintain project schedule; provide shift manager with project status and update at regular intervals. Responsible for analyzing results and recommending changes. Provided formalized technical IT training to Mainframe staff on mainframe and peripheral operations theory and software, while keeping their technical competencies current. Provide input to the performance and development needs of the Mainframe Operations staff. Ensures Operations training Checklists are utilized properly and completed timely. Provides backup support to system help desks in servicing user passwords. Responsible for weekly and daily review of Change Management Report to ensure scheduled changes will not have an adverse impact on the Mainframe system and related processes. Be familiar with general security policies and assists in maintaining the physical and security of the computer facility. Demonstrate a high standard of professional and ethical conduct.
