- Led a team of three to five people in conjunction with two other teams to get pheasants and partridges to fly over a line shotguns.
- I was authorized to carry a firearm in order to defend the teams and dogs against the predators that lived in the area (wolves, bears, mountain lions, coyotes).
- Three of the four seasons, I also organized the carpool for the beaters in order to ensure that people had easy accessibility to the job.
