Owen McDill

I learned many valuable skills during my tenure as a Dock Master at Freedom Boat Club. I learned how to thrive in a high-stress work environment, it was my responsibility to fuel boats before they went out everyday I learned how to safely navigate a vessel on a busy summers day to the fuel dock. I also learned valuable customer service skills, some times a vessel would have a mechanical issue and i would have to quickly problem solve to provide the best possible service to the member.

I learned how to manage a fast-paced retail environment in the Capitol Hill neighborhood in Seattle Washington. I became accustomed to long 10-12 hour work days and minimal breaks. This became very valuable at my later job at Freedom Boat Club.

I searched scientific and media outlets to find media related to the organization's mission and categorized it independently.
