Work with RN preceptor and learned ER protocols such as stroke and trauma. Develop skills in critical thinking, teamwork, prioritization, and working in high intensity area.

Administer client medications in a timely and safe manner. Work with CNAs, RNs, and supervisors to ensure client safety and rights.

Provide patient care and safety while monitoring vital signs during dialysis treatment. Work with various healthcare disciplinary staff to ensure patient orders are being followed and work with RN if patient care change is needed.

Help patients with ADLs, feeding, and walking. Maintain patient safety and integrity while helping with ADLs.
