I have the great opportunity to oversee the Sleep Lab at Ogden Clinic.

Hire and train new night time sleep technicians. Work along with our sleep physician, seeing patients during the day. Providing sleep results in an effective way that helps patients to understand their diagnosis. Review each sleep study that is performed in the sleep lab, to prepare it for dictation for the physician.

Conduct informative staff meetings for the nighttime and daytime staff. Invite people to those staff meetings that provide continuing education, to help the employees stay up to date with the changes of sleep.

Keep an open communication with each employee.

Manage all the ordering of supplies for the day time and night time employees, so they have the tools to properly perform their jobs.
