
As an Administrative Clerk, I provide essential administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of county functions. My responsibilities include managing and maintaining inventory records, coordinating supplies and distribution, and ensuring accurate documentation of materials and equipment. I assist in preparing for and supporting the Board of County Commissioners meetings by organizing agendas, recording minutes, and handling related documentation. Additionally, I play a key role in the Value Adjustment Hearings, providing clerical support, managing evidence, and ensuring proper scheduling and communication. My role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a government setting.
