Responsibilities:

• The role includes, but is not limited to, relationship building, marketing, public relations, and customer service.
• Responsible for servicing and expanding referral sources by building relationships with new and existing providers/physician offices.
• Meet with physician offices as needed to promote the facility’s services and discuss patient care, referrals, and treatment options.
• Build on, develop, and implement marketing strategies to promote Clarity Hearing within the 4 geographical areas.
• Periodically evaluate patient service, conduct follow-up calls with patients, and survey patient satisfaction.
• Manage and create social media content.
• Brainstorm innovative strategies to develop and onboard new partnerships.
• Work within a hybrid work schedule.

• Customer service representative, part-time, to offer information to the customer on current merchandise assortment, store promotions and events, and execute operational processes effectively and efficiently to drive sales

• Responsible for the following key areas on a day-to-day basis under direction from the Southern Texas PGA Staff:
• On-site duties registration, starting, live scoring, collaborating with volunteers, or rules officiating
• Pre-tournament admin duties such as golf course marking, pairings, paperwork, etc
• Manage company equipment, to include inventory and maintenance
• Be an on-site rep
• At all different types of junior/professional golf events

• Assist the PGA professionals in the instruction program for youth through the U.S
• Kids curriculum
• Assist in the operations of the U.S
• Kids Tournament series as various courses around the greater North Houston area
• Set up a golf course with tee markers, painting penalty areas, snacks, and water
• Represent Summit Golf School and U.S
• Kids brands with the highest integrity and professionalism
• Assist in registration of juniors for competition
• Ensure process of scoring and accuracy of score cards
• Breakdown of operations, inventory of tee markers
• Set up and break down daily after school clinics teaching youth golf

• Responsible for overall operations of golf shop

• Collects payment for retail sales and rental of clubs and range balls
• Accurately accounts for all money received
• Rents carts and collects greens and cart fees
• Assign tee times over the phone and in person
• Lead and work with outside service staff
• Periodically serve as golf course ranger keeping pace of play reasonable
• Answers all golf service-related questions
• Arranges merchandise on shelves or in displays

• Assist the MSU Athletic Marketing staff in the development, coordination and implementation of marketing, promotional and fan experience efforts for all sixteen sports
• Develop full-scale marketing and fan experience plans for sports as needed and assigned
• Assist with managing public address announcers, coordinating music, video board elements, cheer squad, pep band, and other marketing needs to direct the flow of games, events and promotions as needed
• Fulfill sponsored elements such as logo exposure, PA announcements, promotions, and events
• Improve the atmosphere at each event using games, giveaways, contests, trivia, and music, etc
• Promote athletic events and communicate promotions within the residence halls, Greek system, student body, etc
• Attend scheduled intern staff meetings and optional intern development events
• Distribute posters and schedule cards to assigned locations, and check for refills on a bi-weekly basis
