  • Dispatch(Current)- Ordering materials like Drywall, Cornerbead, Mud for the houses that need to be stocked and getting the house stocked for the correct stock date so that there is no early or late stocking
  • Making sure that any problems on the field are getting resolved via phone or email with our supervisors, the Builder supervisors, or the suppliers
  • Labor coordinator- Making sure that all the workers doing the drywall are getting paid for the correct amount, and getting paid for each house they do
  • Also, confirming with the supervisors what the workers are getting paid for is correct.Preparing and entering all the information in Quickbooks so that we can print checks and send in the payroll.
  • Data entry/Receptionist-Taking any phone calls and answering their questions or transferring them to the department they have a question for, greeting anyone who comes in, handing off checks getting picked up, clearing checks, entering data in Quickbooks from supplypro,entering data from purchase orders
  • Customer satisfaction-making sure builders are getting the house exactly how it is asked for
  • Making sure they get the materials they want for their house and that they are not dealing with any mistakes.
