In early 80's employed with Gulf Oil Corporation in Casper, WY & transfer to Midland TX office. Started as receptionist & busy front desk. Assisted in exploration, production to land depts . Learned allot with each position.

Worked on early education through Midland College, Midland TX

Employed with several small independent oil & gas business - Cola Petroleum, production & exploration / RRC files & Clajon Gas company, contract dept / legal dept. To contract employment at Chevron @ the pipe yard between Odessa / Midland for several years. Lots of materials to keep up coming or going out daily.

Employed with a State Farm Agent in Midland TX,

completed the state required testing to assist in all insurance sales. Busy workload to often 60 hrs. Enjoyed the clients.

As children were grown and away from home 2004 - returned to work on my education. UTPB - major in Geology with a minor in Environmental Sciences. Senior level with grad courses.

Daughter returned to nearby small town. Separated with small children & no vehicle. Assisted with care until daughter had finished her masters in English & minor in art @ Sul Ross University.

Working with spouse to retire within the year & planned to relocate in northwestern New Mexico in the Red River area. Sadly he passed away before his retirement was made. Daughter took a dual teaching High School & College English position in Cimarron NM but the area had no available childcare. I agreed to help until they were school age.

In the last few years living here in Brownwood built a group from church of widows & singles from just members in church. Diversified group of over 42 of women & men. It was encouraging to get together after service and just catch up with everyone & assist if anyone needed help.
