Conduct comprehensive analysis to support the development and implementation of DoD cyber workforce and readiness policy guidance. Develop and apply metrics to monitor the progress of the DoD Cyber workforce Strategy and assess the effectiveness of its execution. Support the Office of Principal Cyber Advisor (PCA) in implementing, leading, and sustaining cyber manpower strategies and human capital initiatives across the Department.

• Provide network operations and cyber defense support to the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) in support of the DOD. Provide risk assessments and recommendations based on analysis of technologies, threats, intelligence, and vulnerabilities.

• Job duties consist of monitoring, reporting, and threat intelligence. Additional duties included identifying misuse, malware, or unauthorized activity on monitored networks. Analyze all relevant cybersecurity event data and other data sources for attack indicators and potential security breaches. Analyze intrusion-related data to determine the root cause and identify follow-on activities while coordinating with the customers.

• Supported activities relating to planning, implementing, and revising the National Counterintelligence Strategy (NCIS), the National Intelligence Strategy (NIS), national intelligence policies, and other strategies as required. Additional duties include coordination, research, analysis, review, and revision of new and existing national-level CI and security policies, processes, and requirements.

• Responsible for content management for the US Military Special Operations Joint Task Force (SOJTF). Worked with customers, users, and web software developers to organize sensitive data. Maintained current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.

• Supported the Defense Intelligence Agency's (DIA) United States' Afghanistan/Pakistan (AF/PAK) strategy. Also, I provided critical intelligence to (U.S.) deployed military personnel and partnered nations involved within the ongoing Resolute Support Mission (R.S. M) and produced Intelligence products to support U.S. policymakers, the Joint Staff, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and the Intelligence Community.

• Produced daily Intelligence Assessment briefs for the Brigade Operational Environment (O.E.). Provided pattern of life analysis on High-Value Targets (HVT) and coordinated with Special Operations Forces teams and their intelligence analysts to support timely missions that resulted in the capture of several key targets. Helped the U.S. military's Counterintelligence team by researching, developing, and presenting CI/HUMINT and all-source intelligence products at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels. Provided all source-directed requirements to HUMINT collectors for the CI/HUMINT team to question sources on specific collection requirements. Used intelligence products and tools such as Palantir, MPS, M3, METRICS, and TED to identify and target HVTs who posed risks to U.S. military personnel and civilians.

• Responsible for the production and dissemination of intelligence products. Briefed senior-level commanders on intelligence reports from all disciplines (SIGINT, HUMINT, and MASINT) in daily briefings. Supported the CI/HUMINT team by providing analysis of Intelligence Information Reports (IIR).

• I worked with the Scout Team, Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF), 1st Cavalry Division. Additional duties included working with the Female Engagement Team (FET) as a Human Terrain Analyst. Responsibilities included meeting with tribal elders and female Afghan local citizens to assess the environment and collect data on the tribal villages and the cultural and political context. The intelligence information I received enabled me to produce intelligence products to determine the commander's decision-making process. Additionally, I also used M3, MPS, and Palantir databases.

• I identified derogatory information requiring resolution and assisted the military with the deployment process for soldiers and contractors by analyzing SF86 security files. The investigative process included providing comprehensive recommendations for an individual to obtain security clearance before deploying overseas. Reviewed and made recommendations on the overall security process. Exceeded the Department of the Army expectations as a team by reducing the military's ten-year backlog of personnel investigative files to a thirty-day delay.

• Conducted and evaluated Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) on cases that involved counterintelligence/espionage, counterterrorism, and criminal reports. Utilized OPM's Central Verification System (CVS) and Personnel Investigations Processing System (PIPS) to validate the need for a background investigation. Utilize OPM/CVS to initiate the appropriate level of research. Prepare responses for senior military officers, Congressional, and other internal and external inquiries regarding suitability recommendation, determination, or the security process. The results of the adjudication process shortened the investigative reports. Soldiers and contractors were able to deploy overseas on time.

• Assisted in conducting preliminary and background investigative procedures.

• I have conducted high-level investigations on applicants seeking positions of public trust or access to sensitive or classified information. Reviewed employee and contractor pre-appointment background investigation documents/forms, FBI Criminal History Record Check results, court depositions, and, when relevant, credit report results according to OPM requirements for suitability. Notified applicants of necessary corrections that warrant further processing. I have conducted face-to-face interviews with subjects applying for a US Government security clearance. Discussions included meetings with the subject's co-workers, friends, associates, and law enforcement officials.

• I worked as a high school teacher at an all-girls preparatory school. The area of instruction consisted of U.S. Government, Introduction to Law, World History, and U.S History. Developed courses of instruction on world leaders and political trends in the Middle East. The Baltimore City Public School System (BCPSS) Fellow Exchange Program nominated me to teach in Moscow, Russia World History.

• Worked in the OGA's Crime and Narcotics Center (CNC). Followed trafficking methods and routes and monitored cooperation between organized crime groups, traffickers, and terrorists. Collected, studied, interpreted, and identified foreign intelligence operations that threatened the U.S. Government. Followed international narcotics trafficking and organized crime groups in the Middle East to detect emerging trends and patterns that could affect U.S. national security. This method was accomplished by analyzing foreign intelligence entity (FIE) threat information from multiple disciplines, and my analysis was used to develop analytical products to support the investigative reports. Soldiers and contractors were able to deploy overseas on time.

• Identified, assessed, and exploited intelligence activities of terror groups' foreign powers or other foreign government entities with intentions to harm the U.S. My responsibilities also included conducting research analysis for overseas collectors, branch chiefs, and senior policymakers. Additionally, I worked with other intelligence community members, briefed branch chiefs, and provided detailed assessments of my findings.

• Produced morning and evening summaries of intelligence materials in preparation for the President of the U.S., the Vice President of the US, and senior intelligence policymakers. Worked as part of a team tasked with identifying, analyzing, interpreting, and evaluating relevant intelligence information from open source and classified literature.

• Served as the duty officer during evening hours. I also conducted physical security of the facility during evening hours. Additionally, I received a nomination by the Directorate of Administration to work for the U.S. Embassy security detail team in Manama, Bahrain. I coordinated law enforcement activities with the Virginia State Police, the United States Secret Service, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation on protective security details during Presidential and high-level foreign dignitary events.
