Portfolio Reporting: Preparing periodic reports on commercial loan portfolio performance for management, including updating loan pipelines.

Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring commercial loans meet covenant requirements and internal bank policies.

Documentation & Accuracy: Maintaining accurate, up to date loan files by performing post close audit reviews.

Loan Servicing: Assist with audit requirements for internal and external audit reviews, gather HMDA information for quarterly reporting.

• Prepare documentation for commercial loan closings. Responsible for monthly reporting and maintenance of the SBA forgiveness loans from the SBA Forgiveness Program. Update balances for the Small Business Loan portfolio and report balances on SBA Colson website monthly, prepare wire to send funds. Prepare monthly reports that are reviewed by upper Management. Prepare procedures as needed and assist in implementation and upgrading of bank software.

• Duties are split between two different departments, Lending and Business Services. Lending – Responsible for preparing home equity documents for closings; prepare mortgages discharges; review Title Work and Final Title Policies; lending projects as assigned.
• Business Services – PC transfer numerous reports to excel monthly; arrange and prepare for review by management. Update balances for the Small Business Loan portfolio and report balances on SBA website monthly, prepare wire to send funds.

• Manage direct reports that are responsible for Loan/Depository and Commercial Quality Control, Mortgage Servicing and Account Servicing. Oversee Compliance for the servicing area.

• Responsible for answering phone; taking loan applications over the phone; type and book various loan documentation. Day-to-day, balance ATM, Vault and process teller transactions; balance drawer. Indirect Loan Representative; visited various Car Dealerships (approved, denied and booked loans).

• Responsible for answering telephones; distributing mail; going through commercial insurance; typing and booking commercial loan documents; typing various correspondence for several different loan officers; preparing day to day commercial loan payments and reviewing and correcting the discrepancy report.

• Responsible for inputting all consumer loan files into the BISYS Interface System; correct all consumer loans inputted incorrectly onto the system; prepare various month-end reports. Cut all checks and run journal transactions for the whole department; do miscellaneous file maintenance; send all mortgages in for recording and send out maturity letters for renewal on all LOC loans.
