Reported to IT PMO, responsible for managing transformative projects to integrate global technical solutions with manufacturing operations at global factory sites for the medical device manufacturing company.

Project portfolio included:

• Led global stakeholders in America, Europe and Asia to integrate and deploy ZB's global Camstar Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) solution to Changzhou plant in China.
• Led global stakeholders in America and Europe to migrate outdated and fragmented Apogee environment monitoring systems to the standardized global Desigo CC solution at multiple manufacturing sites.
• R&D Lab handling implementation - Expand the zLIMS configuration of Labware to include the Zimmer Biomet Warsaw R&D Laboratories: - Consolidate Zimmer Biomet Warsaw Research Lab Information Management System (LIMS) to a common system that facilitates quality compliance, test documentation, data retention and accessibility: - Develop and implement Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) capability, and integrate with ETQ.

Three Zimmer Biomet business units were separating to create a new company called ZimVie.

This project had four sub projects under one umbrella to Implement ZimVie ETQ in the Cloud from the Zimmer Biomet on premise version.

This project required that the FDA software validation process be followed.

• In my role as Program Manager, I conceptualized and led many projects to implement process and configuration changes, in order to standardize the use of the Ultimate Payroll software (UltiPro) and ICM (Varicent) at Rollins.
• I managed the Payroll Systems group to ensure the smooth running of all Payroll functions and Time and Attendance processes.
• Enabled the company to meet the first of the year implementation deadline, by assuming leadership of the project to implement ICM (Varicent) that was falling behind schedule. I took over the management of the resources and the project plan and made the necessary changes to ensure the end of the year deadline could be achieved. I ensured requirements were implemented as requested, the correct data was converted, test scripts were created, QA was completed and go live was successful.
• Saved the company from potentially expensive lawsuits, by identifying a significant problem with the accrual setup in the paid time off plans for Rollins and its brands in the Ultimate application. I worked with the vendor and the payroll systems team to determine the best solution and to implement the necessary changes. I ensured QA was completed, and monitored the plan and progress on a regular basis so the changes were implemented for year end.

• Responsible for the strategy and implementation of all corporate division software projects.
• Project managed the implementation of all corporate division software projects including business case development, make versus buy decisions, and vendor selection for both internally hosted systems and SaaS.
• Directed the Corporate Systems team in the execution of software implementation, enhancements, maintenance, and ongoing upgrades post-implementation of all Corporate Division Software.
• Managed the business intelligence team, the team of .net agile developers, the business analysts, and the QA team who supported the Rollins Field Service system.
• Eliminated 90% of payroll errors caused by the manual keying of time and sales dollars for over 400 branches, by leading the implementation of Kronos for time and attendance and the full SDLC for the development an in-house HRIS system which integrated to the Payroll system.
• Awarded the Chairman's award for the HRIS project - which saved the company approximately $1,250K on an annual basis.
• Saved the company in excess of a million dollars by selling the concept and then leading the implementation and change management of the JD Edwards upgrade to A9.3 in-house.
• Reduced payroll processing time by 30% by envisioning and leading the project for the streamline of the overall payroll process on both the business and systems side.

• Led the team responsible for the ongoing enhancements, maintenance, upgrades, and support of JD Edwards and other corporate software.
• Established access to central information, reporting and financials for executive management on the company's largest accounts, by leading the project to convert Rollins National Commercial Accounts from a decentralized system to centralized JD Edwards. This included the requirements and design and the management of the development and QA teams.
• Reduced the reconciliation time of company bank accounts to deposits from the over 400 branch locations by 50%, by leading the implementation of Accurate NXG reconciliation software and interfaces to/from internal systems.

• Led the team in the upgrade of JD Edwards World software at Burnham Logistics - which resulted in more up-to-date software and functionality for the company.
