Started as case manage them within 3 months promoted to Director of Nursing over seeing nursing and office staff. I continue to see patients admitting, Recertification, discharge etc. I start IV, perform wound care, educate on disease process, medication, gastrostomy, Colostomy, ileostomy education and care and management. I also have gone through multiple State surveys with minimal violations.
