I am currently an undergraduate Chemistry student at The University of Texas at El Paso, aspiring to pursue a PhD in the matter to further advance my academic and professional goals.

• Collaborated with team of eight in the development of a brand of Parmesan cheese (from scratch), which required obtaining a nutrition information panel by calculating the percentage of sodium, milk and mesophilic cultures in the product.
