Each year, Scheels Allsports Stores choose employees that have demonstrated excellence in their specific area.  All of the managers vote on

this. Not every shop is recognized.  Those showing excellent Leadership Skills and Dedication to help make the store #1 in the retail market

are selected.  I was given an  all expense paid trip to the Wisconsin Dells along with other recipients and were recognized during a special

dinner.  It was truly an honor.
