Lead groups of 15 or more to work together on a production line to achieve daily quotas. Throughout the work day I fill out the appropriate paperwork to keep track of our production depending on the product that is run on a particular line. I also take samples and weights of the product to make sure it meet the appropriate specifications.

Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory stock. Recorded data regarding inbound and outbound shipments. Contacted carriers representatives to make arrangements or instructions for shipping and delivery of materials.

Set up programs on the machines and turned hand wheels and valves to engage in feeding, cooling, and lubricating mechanisms also read blueprints and job orders to determine product specifications and tooling instructions and planned operational sequences.

Over saw all communications within specifically assigned territories. I relayed work orders, messages, and information to and from work crews, supervisors, and field inspectors using two-way radios. I monitored personnel and equipment locations and utilization to coordinate service and schedules. I directed and coordinated the supportive services department of a business, agency, and organization.

Set up and operated machines such as lathes, cutters, shears, borers, millers, grinders, presses, drills, and auxiliary machines to make metallic and plastic workpieces. I observed machine operation to detect workpiece defects and machine malfunctions, adjusted machines as necessary. I inspected workpieces for defects and measured workpieces to determine accuracy of machine operation using rules, templates, and other measuring instruments.
