• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Health Services Department within the University
• Oversee clinical management, non-clinical management and providers to ensure the department is in compliance with all state, local and federal regulations, including the University’s policy and procedures

• Designed and implemented a wellness logo and a wellness newsletter
• Collaborates with faculty, counseling, fitness center, intramural sports, student government, fraternities and sororities, and manager of employee benefits to implement programs to benefit students and employees
• Collaborate with ERAU World-wide campus to design a program for at-home employees

• Direct patient care of all individuals entering the emergency room
• Cared for patients that suffered life-threatening health problems requiring advanced skills
• Responded to life-saving situations using nursing standards and protocols for treatment

• Responsible for designing, implementing and directing a system-wide infection control program
• Responsibilities include surveillance, analysis, reporting, and recording activities as well as setting standards and evaluating compliance
