I

  • Achieved result's by utilizing software to track and monitor outcomes of children and families I used the Child Welfare System (CWS) data base, Structure Decision Making (SDM) and a tool called Safe Measures, Assignment Management System (AMS) for accountability and tracking outcome of our referrals and engagement.
  • Supervised team of 5-9 staff members.
  • Used Microsoft Excel to develop inventory tracking spreadsheets for (CWS), SDM, and Safe Measures, and Cisco.
