Being part of a swim team develops my teamwork and communication skills, as working together with teammates is important for relays and supporting each other through difficult practices. Swimming competitively not only keeps me fit but it also enforces qualities like resilience and problem-solving, which are valuable in any professional environment.

I love playing badminton because it challenges me both physically and mentally. The fast pace of the game strengthens my reflexes and hand-eye coordination, while strategic play improves my problem-solving skills. The sport fosters teamwork and communication, as I often play with partners or in groups. Badminton keeps me active, motivated, and engaged.
