I completed a 4 week internship with the City of Pharr where I worked in two different departments: Pharr Municipal court and the Chamber of Commerce. I supported staff members in their daily tasks as well as got hands on experience working in the public sector.

To add, I assisted in the planning and execution of company events boosted social media engagement through content creation.

• Maintained clean, neat, and operational facilities to serve program needs.
• Represented organization positively and professionally while providing community with much-needed services.
• Supported efficient operations at the food bank, preparing meals and organizing supplies.

• Greeted incoming visitors and customers professionally and provided friendly, knowledgeable assistance for both English and Spanish speakers.
• Confirmed appointments, communicated with clients, and updated client records.
• Answered phone promptly and directed incoming calls to correct offices.
• Kept reception area clean and neat to give visitors positive first impression.
