After clocking in I come in and set up every station and turn on everything needed to cook/serve food.

Prepped dishes and food ready to be cooked for lunch/dinner timing.

Cooked and served the food when the time came to orders.

Came up with new menu ideas and specials.

By kitchen closing time I was cleaning and shutting down the back kitchen such as emptying the fryers or tossing scraps.

Did dishes, cooked and prepped all and every deli salads we had up front. Cooked meals for customers at lunch time. Cooked and prepped huge dishes for catering.

Worked for Geez Ink tattoos as an artist. Catered to every customers needs and wants on fine permanent art on the skin! Whether it was a print off the internet or a custom piece I had to draw up, I did whatever making the customer happy.

I ran the computer doing SAPs. I would get the information and weight of the carts of meat and put it into the computer. Then I would run the cart of meat to the smoke houses.

Got some experience in dishwashing and After a month was granted an opportunity to bake pastries.

Ran a production line that bottled and capped the product that was getting produced.

Ran a huge mangler machine that would press and dry huge pieces of cloth or sheets.
