I helped my elderly neighbor Mark, by digging holes in his backyard last summer so he could put in a patio.

I have also recruited 3 of my friends on Halloween to help run the neighborhood Haunted House. We volunteer there for 3-4 hours in the maze to make it fun for the kids and we are careful with the age range and scare level per age.

I have volunteered for years in helping other Boy Scouts with their Eagle Scout projects. Most of the projects have been digging holes and planting bushes for the weekend.

I brought supplies for backpacks for people experiencing homelessness, including food, necessities & health care items. We get together yearly and put all of the items together and the adult leaders drop the backpacks off at the homeless shelter. I think Mercy House is involved.
