Duties:

  • Oversee the implementation of 4 State Department programs in the Middle East through day-to-day coordination by providing strategic direction to field teams, ensuring project KPI's are met, and identifying and analyzing areas of risk.
  • Lead weekly meetings with strategic partners across the Middle East in Arabic and French.
  • Draft complex project-related documents, including quarterly and final reports to donors, project workplans, monitoring and evaluation plans, and other communication materials.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination with Department of State officials, local partners, and stakeholders through regular project check-ins, applying problem-solving skills to address challenges in program implementation.
