Moved to Florida January 2021, and started working as a chauffeur.

I acquired a clientele, that uses my services on a regular basis.

• Run the concierge department.
• Host at the hotel restaurant during peak hours.
• My position consists of assisting guests with any kind of requests to make their stay most enjoyable.
• As part of management team, i dealt with daily issues guests may have, and resolved them.

With the concierge experience, i used my relationships and restaurants knowledge to create an App dedicated only to restaurants reservations in NYC, for foodies and business people.

Pioneered a concierge service to offer clients access to anything around the world: from travel arrangements to tickets to any kind of events, to getting tables at some iof the most acclaimed restaurants around the world.

The services provided were limitless.

Was hired to be part of the team to reopen the St Regis Hotel, after being closed for 3 years following a major renovation.

In charge of hiring the concierge team, bellmen, doormen and page boys.

The St Regis was at the time the number one hotel in NYC.
