I am an independent animal rescuer that primarily works on animal abuse and neglect cases and search and rescue.

I answered a 100 line switchboard with ease, efficiency and accuracy. I was commended on my politeness and professionalism almost on a daily basis. I was then promoted to office manager and work on various tasks and financial agreements for the tenants.

• Operated multi-line switchboard to manage incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.

I answered calls for the realtors and lawyers on a daily basis. I was responsible for filing, running errands and ensuring messages got delivered in a timely manner.
