Under the direction and supervision of Physical Therapist, specific responsibilities included:

• Treat a wide range of patients, including those with neurological disorders, cardiopulmonary disorders, and orthopedic/joint replacement conditions, utilizing a range of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, modalities, exercise, gait training, and balance activities to restore functional mobility and improve quality of life.
• Instruct, motivate and safeguard patients as they exercise, practice, and perform functional activities while monitoring vital signs.
• Assist Physical Therapists with patient education and home exercise programs.
• Establish multidisciplinary communication between Physical Therapists, Respiratory Therapists, nursing staff, and family.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation of patient treatment and progress.
