  • Company Overview: 233 Acre property consisting of Casino, Parking Garage, Racetrack, Grandstands, Barns and Dorms which is currently being turned into a mixed use complex
  • Responsible for Maintenance, EVS and Valet departments
  • Collaborated with architects, engineers, and contractors to optimize building functionality during new construction projects.
  • Project Manager for construction of 1500 space parking garage, casino expansion and complete rebranding of the property
