- Oversee board, trustees, executive and physician benefit programs, providing high-level consultation and issue resolution.
- Support onboarding and navigation of benefits for executive and physician populations.
- Lead analysis and implementation of specialized benefit offerings.
- Act as senior benefits consultant supporting executive and physician populations with high touch service models.
Benefits Communications Wellstar
- Lead development and execution of benefits communication strategies across the employee lifecycle.
- Manage content across intranet, microsites, and communication platforms ensuring clarity and accessibility.
- Develop and maintain annual content calendar aligned with open enrollment, wellness initiatives, open enrollment, and regulatory changes.
Employee Experience & Engagement Wellstar
- Own end to end employee benefits experience ensuring accessibility and usability.
- Plan and execute benefits fairs and engagement campaigns.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to drive participation in wellness and preventive care programs.
Prior Work Experience
