Planner/Grant Writer: Assist the Executive Director in many capacities to include, but not limited to:

*Ensuring completion & monitoring of the Community Needs Assessment with modifications as necessary with prior survey completion & analysis every 3 years.

*Ensuring completion & monitoring of the umbrella agency Community Service Block Grant w/modifications as necessary every 2 years. Maintenance w/quarterlies & annuals & 2-year plan projections.

*Research Grant and funding proposal opportunities in philanthropic databases to identify potential income sources; Ensure agency Secured Funding for Nonprofit Organizations by researching and writing compelling grant proposals.

*Agency Standards are being maintained & met in a timely manner with excellent reviews every year with continual communication to the Board of Trustees through reports. Provide the Executive Director with scheduled reviews for all Board meetings.

*Completion & presentation of Planner Report at every Board meeting with necessary updates provided.

*Chair a Qualitative Data Committee with over 32 member agencies to seek community needs & enlist in remedies to those needs through grants & necessary services.

*Created & assist chair to the Low-Income Advisory Committee to seek input from the public and incorporate into services.

*Chair a Southeast Ohio Aquatic Center Committee to build an upcoming Community Center for Gallia & Meigs Counties. In the planning stages presently with a Feasibility Study that is ongoing.

*Maintain working Partnerships in the Communities for networking and referrals.

*Maintain Data Analysis & Documentation daily with Results Oriented Management & Accountability (ROMA) system with internal excel spreadsheets & Salesforce with Office of Development.

*Ensure excellent agency Monitoring & Standards Reviews.

*Attend Meetings on behalf of the Executive Director when directed.

*Present progress reports regularly to senior management during Service Projection Planning.
