• Coordinated individual referrals to obtain community services, advocate for client needs and resolve roadblocks.
• Referred clients to appropriate team members, community agencies and organizations to meet treatment needs.

Assisted individuals with mental health diagnoses to improve their independent living skills within a residential setting so they could endeavor to live independently and adjust to life as a member of the community.

Responsible for program compliance with licensing standards and agency policies. Supervised and maintained adequate staffing to meet the needs of the program. Assured resident's needs met and promoted client recovery.
