  • Developed indoor maps of 200+ buildings across Texas, Florida, and Iowa. Maps were produced for county school districts and universities.
  • Led a project in Sumter County School District. Responsibilities included verifying customer-provided resources, coordinating with a project manager, disseminating information to a team of builders, establishing a project-specific indoor map development process, developing indoor maps, and performing quality control checks on the completed indoor maps.
  • Maintained ALI, MSAG, and GIS databases for county governments and upgraded their public safety GIS data to support NENA Next Generation 9-1-1 standards. Some key tasks included updating geographic boundaries for emergency services (fire, law, EMS, etc.), maintaining a road centerline layer with accurate address ranges and emergency response information, and maintaining an accurate address point layer through creation, deletion, and modification of address points.
  • Elected as GIS Innovation Champion for the Indoor Mapping department

  • I combined all of these elements into an ArcGIS Online story map to encapsulate the work that had been done by myself, Dr. Hossain, and other student research assistants
