• Perform water rescues and administer emergency medical care, including drowning response, stingray treatment, CPR, and first aid.
• Respond to emergency situations quickly and efficiently.
• Monitor beach and ocean conditions to identify safety hazards and help prevent accidents.
• File PCRs (patient care reports) as needed.

French Cafe/ bakery serving breakfast, lunch and pastries (capacity 92 people)

• Take care of guest from A to Z: taking orders, running food, bussing tables, processing payments, preparing beverages.
• Prepare beverages, including but not limited to variety of coffees, but also alcoholic drinks (wine, beers, and classic aperitifs)
• Respond promptly and professionally to guests inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.
• In charge of opening and closing the restaurant.

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries, scan inventory, and update orders in the internal database.
• Organize inventory and warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and improve workflow efficiency.
• Inspect equipment and material for defects or damage and promptly report issues to management.
