  • Increased capacity from 35 units per day to 70 in a regular shift or 100 when working overtime
  • The lean tools used were that we implemented 5-S, balanced operator cycle times to tact time, used Kan Ban tasks in fabrication and machining operations, and restructured standard work to do this.
