As and appraiser 1/2 I would appraise residential commercial, & Farm/Forest properties based on issued permits or recent sales using current principles and techniques of property appraisal to include: perform physical inspection of property to acquire data and value according to established standards and guidelines; use aerial maps, cartography maps, construction permits, and land use permits to establish changes being made to property; verify new construction or ongoing maintenance and repair, sketch buildings; create property valuation estimate using the market, income and cost approaches;
prepare a detailed report for each appraisal/valuation based on research; apply market value to subject properties.

For the last 12 years I have been a Property Appraiser 3. In this position I am the Lead Farm/Forest Appraiser. I am responsible for training new employees, doing field reviews, reviewing other appraisers' field work, determining the farm values for the different soil types in Lane county, entering the farm & forest values for each soil type into our Proval software system, working with cartography using aerials to determine forest acres in compliance, working various seg merges, Special Assessment applications, declasses, assisting with magistrate hearings, and communicating with the DOR when issues arrise.

I am experienced and work daily with Farm/Forst statutes & OARs, databases, Proval, Ascend, cartography, Microsoft word, Teams, outlook, excel, stocking surveys, maps, tax maps, plot maps, aerials, and much more.

I worked various positions in my 10yrs at Pepsi. I began working as a truck loader, loading trucks with product to ship out the next day. This also included unloading transport trucks coming in from various distributors.

I would also work as a merchandiser during the summer and major holidays, helping to stock product on the shelves at various stores and restaurants.

I also worked on the bottling production. Most of this work was done with others in a team environment. This allowed me to work as a leader to solve issues and devise plans to make things run smooth. It also allowed me to learn from others and build relationships with coworkers from various backgrounds.

For 27 years i have coached baseball & football from levels ranging from T-ball to Varsity high school baseball and football. In doing so, I have
