Parts receiving, to include digital record input, verification of part with technician, delivery to the technician for them to perform their job. Hydraulic hoses – responsible for taking customer order, producing detailed and necessary assembly to specifications and order request. Orders to include any hydraulic from equipment to heavy duty vehicles including semi-trucks. Knowledge of equipment from several manufacturers.   • Responsible for overseeing accurate troubleshooting, alignment, repair and proper operation of all surveillance equipment, computer systems, networking equipment, and software applications on property, including closed circuit televisions and electronic security devices such as alarms and audio. Scheduled technicians to perform and maintain all systems, from various type of cameras and listening devices, in accordance to National Indian Gaming Commission guidelines. All systems were required to be repaired withing 72 hours of failure, per federal regulations. Verified that all systems were responded expeditiously in accordance to all federally mandated regulations, and compliance.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all rules and regulations of the Gaming Commission and insured a strict adherence throughout the property. Oversaw the repairs of damaged or malfunction equipment working with technicians and vendors, verifying that equipment followed state gaming compact regulations and federal regulations. Implemented a strict and thorough maintenance schedule with the technicians to help prevent future systems failures. Maintained Pelco matrix switcher, ensuring that all firmware and software was properly maintained by the systems administrator. Created a working inventory of equipment that would keep systems integrity within the 72-hour window, that was required by federal regulation. To include RAID units, backup DVR’s and cameras especially for critical locations. Consulted with Directors and Managers throughout the Casino, Travel Center and Ski Apache for quotations of specialty equipment to cover various areas, from parking, to table games, to all back of house locations. Facilitated the flow of information through department head meetings and Gaming Commision meetings, being responsible for the accuracy and thoroughness of all departmental records and reports.
