Okie Barndominiums is a start up general contractor started by Adam Williams who also owns and operates Polar Bear Jacks heating and air.

My jobs there included

1. rough framing

2.installation of windows and doors.

3. Sheet metal installation ,walls ,roofs , soffit and trim.

4. redlining plans as asbuilts, basicaly we had a 4 page building plan and throughout the building procces its common for a customer to make change during the building proscess. one of my duties was to explain why we could or couuld not make these changes, and to very quickly give them a high and a low as per cost.

Trim carpentry. Installation of cabinets, trim (base board , doors and hardware. closet and pantry, crown molding ect. ect.

6. quality control and meeting with inspectors.
