• Provide assessment of security for Finance, Purchasing, Treasure, and Boad of Registrars Department
• Making sure each department end user is provided with the password and network security profile on all devices
• Every computer and laptop is configure and a profile is configure for each end user
• Use Active Directory to update or change password for end user
• As well as enable end user who has lost their connection to the network
• I also use active director to build a secure profile for end user on computer and laptops
• Aid with end user who visit the wrong web or try to download illegal material to the county email
• By clearing waring message and reconfiguring the security on the end user computer or laptop
• Troubleshooting Networking issue such as; Lost VPN connection to laptop form computer, Network connection to the computer, Placing computer and laptop back on the county domain, Installing aps for loss of network connection to the server.

– Demonstrate exceptional skill and expertise in providing preventive maintenance in accordance with department policies, handling customer inquiries in an efficient and professional manner and troubleshooting technical problems. Entrusted to monitor inventory of workstations and maintain database of workstation and associated equipment inventory.

s Provide technical advice and assistance to users concerning data communication equipment and data transmission.

s Recommend reallocation of operating staff and equipment resources to meet network requirements.

s Provide training on new technologies, basic computer usage and office applications such as Excel, WordPerfect, Lotus and PowerPoint.
