Patrick Sagatwa

I am a multidisciplinary Mechanical and Electromechanical Engineering with combined Ten years of Experience in power Plant maintenance, Agricultural mechanization, and irrigation: Six years’ experience in installation and maintenance of Electromechanical machines in agriculture: My main focus in this duty is generating by training young generation new technician farming oriented to operate and maintain properly irrigation system and proper operation of agricultural machinery. A combination of electromechanical and agriculture makes me able to solve any problem arise from smart Agriculture, remote operation, and sensing. Three years’ experience in Hydropower plant operation and maintenance: This experience gave me capacity of working hard to meet with client requirements, working under pressure, quick learning of new systems by combining also mechanical skills with electrical and electronics control, hydro-pneumatic and electro-hydraulic by remote command. Experience in Auto mechanics and driving: I am a professional driver and tractor operator. I can repair and maintain automotive (engine, transmission, basic Auto electricity). I am a good interpreter of Mechanical and electrical schematic diagrams. In all my working experience, I have achieved long term operation of the plant of schemes from scratch to the final commissioning; starting from the first groundbreaking installation. My hardworking capacity gave me different promotions and built my interpersonal connection with other communities around my working place. I have contributed to solving problems and provided constructive ideas in new designs of mechanical engineering that resulted in long term operation of the institutions that I worked and currently working with.

• Computer Maintenance Management System provided by Upkeep certification school (June15- July15,2020).
• Welding and metal Fabrication (Training module held in Rwanda Institute for Conservation Agriculture).
