  • Create social media content, maintain a social media schedule, and report on all social media platform analytics for the Town of Windsor's official pages and all Windsor Recreation pages (4 divisions).
  • Gather information from all town departments and external organizations to organize, format, and produce a seasonal forty page town magazine.
  • Gather information and create a bi-weekly email newsletter showcasing all upcoming recreation programs and events for all ages.
  • Gather information and manage Windsor's E-Direct email subscription line, sending updates and news on town info and events 1-2 times per week.
  • Assist IT with web development, maintaining our entire Recreation website as well as select other pages using WordPress.
  • Write scripts, film, edit, and produce a multitude of PSA videos each year tackling relevant issues using high-end camera equipment and Adobe software.
  • Support all town departments with graphic design, print materials, photography, videography, copywriting, etc using Adobe software and/or Canva.
  • Implemented and am the project lead for our ZenCity partnership, providing state-of-the-art real-time data on all of our social media platforms. We use this data to help make informed, smart decisions on social media based on the sentiment of our followers.
  • Work in partnership with the Town Manager's Office to align strategic goals depending on town needs.
  • Created, designed, and implemented a branding campaign around American Rescue Plan Act monies to ensure Windsor residents are aware of how our town is spending $8.5 million from ARPA. (Website, graphic, photo, video, etc).

Community Outreach Coordinator

  • Hired as a joint communications position between the Information Services Department and the Recreation & Leisure Services Department.
  • Primarily responsible for managing all Town Of Windsor social media accounts, content creation/graphic design, videography/video production, website maintenance, email communication, and print operations.
  • Project lead on the department rebrand working with a national design firm to increase brand image awareness.
  • Increased the Town of Windsor’s average engagement rating on Facebook by 378% (01/20 – 12/20) through engaging and consistent content.
  • Recreation and Leisure Services Department revenue increased by 18% in 2019 as an indirect correlation to new marketing and social media engagement.
  • Created new online system for residents to sign up for Recreation Newsletter than increased emails sign-ups by 15% in just over a year.
  • Developed a department wide project tracker and content calendar using Airtable to manage all marketing tasks/content across all divisions.
  • Collaborated with our IT department to completely overhaul the recreation website and create a live and up-to-date program listing, a new homepage, and a new facilities/locations listing which has contributed to tremendous page growth.
