  • This is a family-owned business, founded by my father in 2003. We buy foreclosed and distressed properties, rehab them, and rent them to people in the community.
  • My job in the business is to help maintain the grass, handle demolition, clean out, and assist with any needed repairs.
  • I also communicate with the tenants to ensure the properties are being maintained, and everything is working accordingly.

  • This is a weatherization (insulation) company founded by my brother, where we would go into customers' homes and determine what kind of insulation the home would need. (Spray foam or cellulose insulation.)
  • I would crawl into crawl spaces and attics in the homes to inspect first and then prep the area before administering the insulation.
  • We also dense-pack the exterior walls of the homes with cellulose insulation to help keep the homes warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
